"I had an issue with my monthly billing for my auto policy for two vehicles. Each vehicle was being billed separately which resulted in payments being misapplied. I visited the office and spoke with Aanyah Kendrick. Aanyah was professional and very polite, she listened carefully to my explanation and quickly resolved the problem.
