"I rarely if ever post, but Kasey Gillis is a national treasure and genius. So, I am making this uncommon exception. I was having a long standing problem making payments by phone since State Farm stopped using Keycodes. Been with State Farm for well over 25 years, never had a problem until this year when the system changed. No one foresaw my problem when making the system change. Kasey did not know why I was having this particular problem. She offered tech support and at my request, graciously agreed to talk to tech support first to explain the problem. I was shocked she was willing to do so. She came back with a wealth of knowledge of how the new system worked and seemed to analyzed the information as we talked. As a result, she gave me an idea that turned out to be GENIUS!!! She insisted that I call her back to let me know if it worked....or if it DID NOT work. Who does that in the corporate world?!? Kasey was invested in my problem because she did not think it was right that I was having this problem and she was determined to get to the bottom of it. Mind you, I have talked to at least 5 State Farm representatives to resolve over time. None were able to fix. ONLY Kasey cared enough, was smart enough, and resourceful enough to fix it. I pray she gets a big fat bonus or promotion. I was about to switch companies, but Kasey is why I am still sticking with State Farm. Did I say thank you Kasey? Well thank you from the bottom, top, and sides of my heart for your invaluable service.👍"

"Service was provided to me by Daija Laing ... with exceptional patience on her part due to severe problems with my computer ... where I encountered problems on my end, Daija was able to offer solutions to solve them ... which ultimately allowed us to reach a successful conclusion ... I might add that I reduced my elected coverage ... at a higher price than I was billed by my existing carrier ... higher coverage ... and, I am hoping that my renewal in 6 months will make up for my sacrifice ..."
