"Besides Daija being super nice and saving me $100 a month on my car insurance. What impressed me the most was I got a personal call from her and when I called back I reached her. Personally, I do not speak to any robots or computers. I always reached a person and she always has gotten back to me very quickly, usually when you deal with the insurance companies it feels very impersonal not with her. She makes you feel like family. She actually makes you feel like you didn't get ripped off. Usually when you walk away from an insurance company you feel like and get got done wrong but not with this wonderful lady. She saved me and my mother $100 a month. Thank you so much. I can't tell you how much we appreciate that, especially in a Time. Every dollar counts so much 💟"

"I have been with this branch of State Farm since 2009. I have moved all around the state of Florida and I have chosen to remain with this branch. Just recently, I did not service to make a roadside service assistance request and I spoke with Kasey briefly, gave her the information needed and she was able to get someone to call me back expeditiously.
