"Got a policy update and needed more information about what the policy plan was asking me to sign. Called the office and was able to leave a voicemail for a call back. Rebecca called me back in less than 5 minutes. She was super friendly and 10/10 customer service with explaining to me the new update and what I was signing exactly. My car windshield was damaged during the recent snow storm here in Tallahassee and when my claim was filled incorrectly, I contacted State Farm and Linda was able to help. She went above and beyond to make sure that me and my vehicle was taken care of in such a small notice. She was very patient and understating with assisting me in finding help for the issue. She was able to explain everything throughly for me and I was able to get the damage done in no time!"
