"My experience at this StateFarm location went above and beyond my expectations. Moving back down to Florida from Mississippi I was sure the process of getting a new policy would be painstaking. Fortunately enough I was helped by one of the agents named Taylor as soon as she walked through the door. With the assistance of her and another agent by the name of Kasey I was able to get an even better deal on my monthly insurance rate than the one I was paying in Mississippi (more than $100 less with great benefits!!!). Despite the new system that had been implemented regarding state transfers, they made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. The two of them were incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns, and even taking the time to explain things to me every step of the way. I was provided with all the resources I could possibly need, all with an exceptional attitude. Leaving the building I felt much more assured about my policy than before, so thank you guys for helping me get settled back down here!"
